• Complete the form.

The summary section will show these options

• Select OTHER from the dropdown and put 0 in contribution. The total should be the same you plan to donate.

• Select payment method and submit the payment

• Login to the charity platform that your company uses ( example Benevity, Cybergrants, Yourcause etc)

• Look up the name - Rohan Rajeev Foundation. Check to confirm if the right one shows up. Address should read 302 Cole Canyon Ct, Cary NC 

• Submit the request to match. Sometimes they may ask to attach the receipt you would have got from zeffy. Attach and submit. 

• After submission, send an email to info@rohanrajeev.org, with the following details- name, email id, company name, matching platform used, dollar amount submitted.

• We will need to login and verify the dollar amount to get the match.
