Global Academic Travel Experience (GATE)

Rohan Rajeev Scholarship

The Global Academic Travel Experience (GATE) Rohan Rajeev Scholarship is currently for Duke University -The Fuqua School of Business MBA students only

Understand business with a global mindset.

When it comes to global business, being there is the best way to learn. The Global Academic Travel Experience (GATE) is an elective course in which you focus on a region’s history, politics, economy, and culture—both in the classroom, and in person as your class travels through the region.

This hands-on approach provides students with invaluable insights that go beyond what can be gleaned from textbooks alone. By engaging directly with local businesses, communities, and leaders, students gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of global business dynamics.

The Rohan Rajeev Foundation offers need based scholarship for students across different programs. We currently serve Duke University -The Fuqua School of Business MBA students with plans to expand outreach.

The Rohan Rajeev GATE Scholarship was inspired by the vibrant life and passion for exploration of Duke University student Rohan Rajeev. Our scholarship is a tribute to his enduring impact. Rohan's zest for travel and his magnetic personality left an indelible mark on all who crossed his path, resonating deeply within the halls of Duke University and beyond.

In collaboration with the Rohan Rajeev Foundation, Duke University is proud to offer need-based scholarships to students who, like Rohan, dream of venturing beyond borders to gain invaluable international experiences. Our mission is simple: to empower students to follow in Rohan's footsteps, fostering a global perspective and embracing the transformative power of cultural exchange.
